Agreement between you, the user, and To Do List for you
Welcome to To Do List for you is owned and operated by the To Do List for you By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from the To Do List for you.

G. INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless To Do List for you, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of the Site.
